What kind of payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Wire Transfer, Money Order and Checks.
Will my credit card be rebilled?
Upon purchase of each set you will be granted a life time license for using the purchased material. You will not pay any additional fees and your credit card will not be rebilled.
How do I pay via Check or Money Order?
During 'Check Out' you will be prompted to choose a payment option. Under the drop down menu of the 'Payment Option' select 'Check'. Once you submit this page you will be given all of our company info to make the check out for. Then once you mail it in and we receive it your order will be completed and your download links activated.
How do I pay via Wire Transfer?
During 'Check Out' you will be prompted to choose a payment option. Under the drop down menu of the 'Payment Option' select 'Wire Transfer'. Once you submit this page you will be given all of our company info for the wire transfer. After your transfer is received your download links will be activated.
Licensing Questions
How do I get my licensing agreement?
Once your order has been processed successfully a signed version of the respective order will be available under you 'Account History'. On the navigation menu place your mouse on the 'Account' menu item and then once the menu options drops down select 'Purchase History'. Then on this page click on the 'Order #' for which you wish to print the licensing agreement. Now you will see the respective order details. At the bottom of this page there is will be a link named 'License'. Click on this link and you will get the licensing agreement. From your browser menu print the document and send or fax a signed version to the following address:

How long is my licensing agreement valid?
With each set you are granted a life time license for using the content on your website with no addition fees required.
Do I get a different licensing agreement for my exclusive content?
Yes, The licensing agreement for exclusive content differs from our regular licensing agreements. The Licensing agreement for exclusive content releases all rights of the product to the person or company who contracted us to created the content.
What does Exclusive Content mean?
Once you purchase an exclusive set it means that you are the only person who has the right to use the pictures and the same set will not be sold to anyone else.
Can I use the pictures on more than just one website?
Yes. Each license is valid for 6 domains, as long as they are owned and operated by the licensee. You must provide the name of all 6 domain upon purchase. You can change the URL on the license any time by logging into your account and modifying the 'URLs' section of your account. To reach this area on the navigation menu place your mouse on the 'Account' menu item and then once the menu options drop down select 'URLs'. At the time of purchase if you wish to have more than 6 URLs you may purchase them for 5 per. For special deals please contact us directly donmike@maxpixels.com.
Delivery Options
What are the delivery options for your content?
We offer Instant download, CD via mail and FTP delivery options. For the instant download option you will also receive a backup of your order on a CD. You will be charged a shipping cost.
I chose your instant download option but I am still getting charged for shipping.
Even though you have chosen the instant download delivery method we are still obligated by our merchant company to send you a CD of your order. Also most webmasters like to have a backup of all their orders.
The zip file I ordered does not open
Most of the time this occurs if the download timed out during the transfer. Just download the zip file again, that should fix the problem.
I am having difficulties downloading the files.
If you are having difficulties downloading your files or your internet connection is too slow we will be glad to ftp the files to your server. All you need to do is to provide us with your server login and IP information. Please enter your FTP info into your account with us and then send us an email to donmike@maxpixels.com
How much time do I have to download after my purchase
After you purchase is complete you will have 5 days to download your files. If you missed the dead line for downloading your files please contact us.
Do you provide FTP upload to my site?
Yes we do. There are 2 ways you can enter your FTP info into your account: One, during 'check out' you can select FTP for delivery method and then submit. Then you will be prompted to enter your FTP info. The second way is to do it anytime during your visit to our website. On the navigation menu, under 'Account', select 'FTP Info'.

How often do you add new content?
We add content on weekly basis. Please visit the 'New Sets' section of the site frequently to see our updates. We also send out newsletters for the updates. In order to receive our newsletter please create an account with us.
What does 'Signature Sets' mean?
Signature Sets are photographs that have been produced by our inhouse photographer Randy. These set have the hottest models who Randy seeks out to photograph in sexy settings. All the pictures in the 'Signature Sets' are hand picked and color corrected one by one. All the 'Signature Sets' are print quality images.
How do I know if the model in the set is over 18?
With each set purchased you will receive the proof of age of the model in the form of a valid ID.
Do you represent other photographers aside from your inhouse photographer?
Yes, we do. All of the content on our site aside from the 'Signature Sets' is a collection of content from contributing photographers with their own individual styles.
What format is your Video content?
Our videos are in about 9 to 14 minutes long and are broken up into 1 minute clips. You will also receive the non broken up clip which will be the full length of the video. All the videos are compressed for the best quality for low and high bandwidth speeds in all 2 popular formats. The formats are: Quick Time and Windows Media.
Will I be able to instant download your Video content?
No, all videos are delivered via CD. The reason for this is because our videos are distributed in 2 different formats and each format is configured for low and high bandwidth which adds up to a lot of files. Thus making it impossible to provide a download option for the Videos.
